Zveg was born in St. Petersburg on 13.07.1913 and appeared on the electoral list of Nogent sur Marne in 1960 Info from: Archives Nogent sur Marne & from US Navy Art Collection I can confirm that Wladimir Zveguintzoff is his full name. Zveg but all I found as of now is his??? connection to the U.S. Navy Art Collection (15 paintings made during 1968-1976). I was told that he lived and worked in Nogent Sur Marne, France.
