Today for the first time I became aware of your wonderful web page. I was ecstatic to see how much material you have gathered for all of us Sephardim to draw from. My Name is Rahm Almarzah and I was born in Venezuela in a Ladino speaking Sephardic family from The Azores and Spanish Morocco. I was a bit disappointed to find out that my father last name was not in included in your list. My family can trace their origins to the city of Toledo, Spain and for the last 500 years our last name has been beared only by Jews. Almarzah (aleph, lamed, mem, reich, samech, chet) comes from Al Mizrach "from the orient" and apparently was confined to the area of Castile and Aragon only. Other names associated with both of my families are Da Silva, Abbadi and Ben Maimon. Could you please include my family name is your list? I will be eternally grateful.
