3 Acte de Naissance (si disponible)

5. 1 cheque (Specimen) pour informatiion de Virement et un deuxieme cheque
a l'ordre d'Em Habanim (ce deuxieme cheque ne sera depose qu'une fois
l'indemnite recue par le beneficiaire)

This email concerns all Jewish people born or living in Morocco or Tunisia any time before August 1943:
You are eligible to receive a Compensation from the German government in the amount of €2555 Euros (Approximately $3,700.00 USD). Simply present yourselves at EM HABINIM Synagogue on the following dates with the documents listed below to file your claims.
A representative from an Attorney's Firm will be present to take care for the filing of the necessary documents
You may apply at EM HABANIM synagogue on the following dates:
Wednesday August 10th 2PM to 9PM
Thursday Ausuts 11th 8AM to 8PM
You may phone the synagogue office at (818)762-7779 to set up appointment
PLEASE BRING WITH YOU THE ORIGINALS AND TWO (2) COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:
1. A valid proof of identity (such as American passport or citizenship card)
2. Date of entry in the United States (immigration slip if available)
3 Birth Certificate (if available).
4. Marriage Certificate (if available)
5. 1 Personal Void Check for wiring instructions and 1 check for paying fees ( to be
deposited by Em Habanim after claimant has received his Compensation)
